Fragger Level 28 is fairly straight forward and requires 3 grenades or maybe more depending on how clumsy you are!

Step 1: Loop a grenade over the first building so it drops inbetween that and the second building into the small tunnel at the bottom.

The grenade should nestle next to the TNT causing a chain reaction that blows the ledge off the top of the roof protecting the first fragger man.

Step 2: Loop a grenade onto the roof of the first building so it rolls along and falls into the small room where the first guy is stood.

Step 3: Loop a grenade over the first building and into the roof of the second building to cause a chain reaction of the bombs and thus taking out the other 2 guys.
